Cristo Rey Jesuit High School

G.O.L.F.'s second event is an annual Super Bowl raffle.  The net proceeds from this event provide financial assistance for one or two Cristo Rey students to attend a Jesuit College or University.

Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is a neighborhood school with the mission of offering the best college preparatory education available to the youth of the Pilsen/Little Village community of Chicago. Cristo Rey is able to offer this type of education because of its most innovative component: the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP). All students work five days a month in entry-level jobs in Chicago firms to fund nearly 70% of the cost of their education. Currently, 118 corporations such as Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Big Shoulders Fund, CNA, Leo Burnett Worldwide, Mesirow Financial, Winston & Strawn LLP, and others participate in CWSP.  Now starting it's 20th year, every one of Cristo Rey's graduating seniors is accepted to at least one college. Today, 82% of Cristo Rey graduates are currently attending or have completed college. Check out www.cristorey.net for further details.
